Across five immersive compositions, this opus explores the synergy between ambient textures, sacred geometry, and neuro-acoustic stimulation.
The Spirit of the Project: Between Vibrational Science and Sound Poetry
Conceived and arranged on Ableton Live, Symphonia Etheria is built upon a rigorous aesthetic and technical approach. Each track was designed as a space for renewal, combining the timbres of ancient instruments (Duduk, Hang Drum, Tibetan singing bowls) with the cinematic power of the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
The 5 Tracks of the Album
1. Elegia
Anchored at a contemplative tempo of 90.5 BPM, Elegia opens with a layer of imposing spectral violins. Very quickly, the haunting and poignant melody of the Duduk rises, supported by a background pulse of crystalline bells. At the center of the composition, the orchestration expands with the noble timbres of the BBC Symphony, bringing intense cinematic scale before fading away to let the Duduk and strings conclude this nostalgic journey.
2. Golden Ratio
Composed at a slow tempo of 80 BPM and cradled by the fluidity of a 3/4 time signature, Golden Ratio is a sacred exploration of sound geometry. Utilizing several instruments tuned according to the proportions of the golden ratio, the piece plays with immersive stereo spatialization: golden frequencies respond to each other from left to right over a central pad immersed in endless reverb. Airy textures and subtle swell effects accompany this nostalgic waltz to a gentle, smooth fade-out.
3. Chronos 10 Hz
Clocked at 85 BPM, Chronos 10 Hz is a scientific and cinematic immersion where the power of a symphonic orchestra meets acoustic neuroscience. The track opens with the crystalline arpeggios of a contemplative harp, before gradually welcoming the different sections of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, which build in dramatic intensity. In the background, an isochronic pulse sculpted at the exact frequency of 10 Hz stimulates Alpha brainwaves, plunging the listener into a state of mental clarity and deep relaxation.
4. Aura System
Set at a tempo of 89 BPM, Aura System is a long, immersive fresco of over 11 minutes designed for restoration. Built around the sacred vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl and the soothing murmur of water, the composition evolves through wide volume swells that rise and fall like a meditative breath. An ethereal piano traverses this vast sonic space, enhanced by high-precision mastering that delivers crystalline highs and enveloping, rounded lows.
5. Hang Enigma
Driven by a lively cadence of 113.5 BPM in 3/4 time, Hang Enigma closes the album on a hypnotic and enigmatic note. Built around three instances of the hang drum, the track layers an uninterrupted percussive ostinato, mysterious background pads, and the singing melody of the Hang. The piece plays on distinct structural shifts, alternating between moments of polyrhythmic tension and minimalist breathers, capturing all the acoustic magic of this metallic instrument.
