Music is a powerful tool for relaxation and meditation. With the addition of binaural beats and heart coherence techniques, it is possible to create an even deeper and more soothing experience.

This is completely identical to what was already documented… 28 centuries ago (yes! 2800 years!) in The Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad, composed in the 7th century BCE, which mentions some of the oldest written indications regarding the notion of prāṇāyāma. Amazing, isn’t it? More precisely, I use the Sama Vritti technique in this exercise.

When binaural beats are combined with heart coherence, it creates a deep and soothing relaxation experience. The music accompanying this technique is chosen to complement the experience, using soft and soothing sounds to reinforce the state of relaxation.

Why I Composed PranaFlex

With PranaFlex, I truly wanted to offer you a unique experience combining the cumulative benefits of frequency-modulated binaural beats (a technique I currently have the prime use of… but which will certainly be copied soon) and heart coherence exercises.

To begin, it is recommended to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Listen to the music with headphones for a full binaural effect, and follow the instructions for heart coherence. Breathing can be guided by the music itself, or you can use a heart coherence app to guide you.

It is important to remember that deep relaxation can take time and practice. It is recommended to practice this technique regularly, perhaps a few times a week, to experience the cumulative benefits.
